Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, Damage and defective & wrong product return only and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

1. Contact our customer support at support@betech.blog within 3 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

3. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

4. Ship the item back securely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
